August has shown a fantastic month for the SEO rankings! While we have seen an 18% dip in the overall website traffic, as we continue to see more search terms moving closer to the first page of Google, we can expect this website traffic to begin to pick up in the coming months. The average session duration has picked up which is great to see and is a good indication that people are spending some time reading the content on the website. In terms of the rankings themselves, the movements we have seen this month have been very impressive, especially on the West Perth front!
SEO Analysis
The month of August has seen some outstanding SEO results. We have seen an increase in the number of terms appearing on the first page of Google’s results, with 82 terms in August. The terms in particular that saw significant increases include ‘orthodontics dalkeith’, ‘dental crowns dalkeith’ and ‘cosmetic dentist nedlands’ which have jumped 99, 91 and 31 positions respectively onto the first page of Google’s results. Another huge win for this month was seeing some of the West Perth terms improve their rankings. The terms ‘dental crowns west perth’, ‘cosmetic dentist west perth’, ‘teeth whitening west perth’ and ‘invisalign west perth’ have all moved at least 5 positions closer to the first page of results! Over the coming month, we will be continuing with our off page strategy in order to see this trend of results continuing through September.
