The month of September has produced a steady month of numbers. We have seen a drop in the overall website traffic, with a large peak towards the end of the month. It has been great to see that 47 website visits out of the total 64 have come organic (Google search). It is also positive to see that 43 out of the total 47 organic website visits are from new users finding your website for the first time. This is a great indication that the SEO rankings are helping to achieve more online presence on Google search. However the ‘mechanic traralgon’ search term is not yet positioned in the top few results on Google, and as mentioned previously, as it is a more competitive term, a more extensive link building strategy is recommended to allow us to push this term further up the rankings rather than maintaining its current position each month.
SEO Analysis
September has produced a positive month of results overall. We have been able to maintain the number of terms appearing in the top 10 (first page) results on Google, and can also see 8 terms appearing in the top 3 positions on the first page. The terms ‘car servicing toongabbie’, ‘mechanic rosedale’ and ‘car repairs toongabbie’ have moved 10, 6 and 5 positions towards more valuable rankings. However, our focus term ‘mechanic traralgon’ is showing to be much more competitive than some of the other targeted terms. This term has been fluctuating between the 7th and 8th position Google. With our current scope for the ongoing SEO campaign, we are limited in the amount of link building we can perform for this term each month, however we have been able to maintain the achieved position. An increase in the monthly budget would allow us to execute on a more extensive link building strategy for this more competitive term, and see it improve its ranking to the top 3-5 positions on Google.
