October has produced a great month of results across the board! We have seen a significant 37% increase in website traffic with the largest group of traffic coming from organic Google search. The SEO rankings themselves are continuing to move around, with a few highs and lows throughout the month which is to be expected. Our off page strategy through the month of November will be working to counteract these movements and see more movements towards top 3 rankings on Google. On the Google Ads front, we have been able to achieve an increase in the overall number of conversions which has been great to see. With the recent changes to the campaign, including call-only targeting, a reduced target area, and GMB ads (recently), we are excited to see what is to come for the month of November! We will also be taking a look at Google Analytics tracking to ensure website activity can be monitored to its full extent.
SEO Analysis
The month of October has seen some positive numbers for the SEO campaign. We can see 56 keywords appearing in the top 10 results, with 51 of those appearing in the top 3 results. It has been positive to see the terms ‘electrician toowong’ and ‘smoke alarm installation indooroopilly’ move 1 position each towards better rankings. While we did see a dip in the ranking for the keywords ‘electrician brisbane’, we will be working with our off page strategy to combat this through the month of November.
AdWords Analysis
The month of October has produced some positive results! Creating the call-only ads and campaigns addressing emergency electrician keywords has proven to be a success in October. We did manage to increase the number of Conversions overall (33.3%), the Conversion rate (143.5%) and also lower the Cost per Conversion (65.2%). Our plan for the month of November is to see a better CTR and an increase in conversions coming from the call-only campaigns by structuring optimising the ad text itself.
