The month of January has seen an interesting month of results to start the year. We have seen a significant 28% increase in the overall website traffic with the majority of this traffic coming from organic (SEO) search results. The SEO rankings are continuing to defend their #1 positions while the newer Gold Coast terms are making their way closer to the more valuable first page of Google’s results. Over the coming month we will be utilising an on-page strategy to further optimise for the Gold Coast keywords in order to see these rankings move into the top 1-3 results on the first page of Google. On the Google Ads front, the results have been less impressive. With the current budget, the campaign has not been able to achieve a conversion. We have seen an increase in impressions and clicks however, at this point, without an increase in the daily Google spend budget we are not confident that the campaign will achieve conversions. It is our recommendation that the Google Ads campaign see an increase in the daily budget to $30/day.
