Geocoat – January Monthly Report

The month of January has seen a great start to the year for the Google Maps ranking. We can now see the new Google By Business listing ranking in the Map Pack for 2 of our 3 targeted keywords (despite an inaccurate ranking in the Monthly Reporting Dashboard). After completing our optimisations on the listing itself, we are now utilising a range of off-page techniques to improve the rankings of the listing in Google Maps. Over the coming month we will continue with this plan to ensure we see ranking improvements for the keyword ‘plasterers christchurch’ from position #5 into the Map Pack (top 3 results).

SEO Analysis

  • Keyword ‘exterior plastering christchurch’ ranking in 1st position in Google Maps
  • Keyword ‘plastering christchurch’ ranking in 3rd position in Google Maps
  • Keyword ‘plasterers christchurch’ ranking in 5th position in Google Maps
  • Further off-page optimisations will be completed in the coming month to defend these rankings and to see ‘plasterers christchurch’ move into the Map Pack (top 3 results)
