October has seen mixed results for website performance, although there are generally positive trends. Despite concerns in September that website traffic might dip, there has been an 83.3% increase in users accessing the site. We have noted an increase in users arriving from organic (SEO) traffic which is pleasing to see. There was a spike in traffic the second week of October, while site visits have stabilised since then, and the expectation is that optimisation will raise the overall trend. The site’s average SEO rank has also improved, although it has seen an 8.3% drop in keywords in the top 3 results, with 24 keywords in those positions. A further 41 keywords rank within the top 4 to 10 spots. In good news, the targeted keyword ‘dentist camberwell’ has moved up into the 23rd position after a drop in September. We will again use on-page optimisations in November to boost the ranking of the ‘dentist camberwell’ keyword and move its ranking into the first page of organic search results.
