The month of January has been a positive one for the Google Ads campaign! There has been a significant increase in the overall website traffic amounting to an impressive 79.7%. Although the trend of site visits has been lower during the beginning of the month due to the paused campaign, we were able to gain a large number of site visitors towards the end of January. This gives us a solid starting point for the February campaign. The number of clicks has grown from 27 last November to a whopping 96 clicks this January. We have also secured a larger number of conversions for the month along with a massive boost in the conversion rate from 3.7% last November to 9.4%. We recognise the increase in CPC so we will be adjusting the bidding strategies for the month of February.

January has been a great month of results for the Google Ads campaign.
We have seen a significant increase in the overall traffic, conversions and conversion rate considering that the campaign was resumed after the Christmas period in the 2nd week of January.
We saw almost 70% of conversions through the latter half of the month come from “Roof Repair/Replacement” related keywords.
While we have noted that the cost per conversion is a little higher compared to the previous month, this will be addressed in the optimisations made through February.
The plan for the coming month, is to adjust the bidding strategies, to structure the campaign to achieve as many conversions as possible and in turn, achieving that lower cost per conversion.
