The month of February sees areas for potential and some wins for both website traffic and SEO rankings. There was a decrease in website traffic by 27.2% from last month’s 158 users to this month’s 115 users, with 47 of these 115 users coming from organic search results. We’re pleased to note however that this month sees a 104% increase in the site visit duration with an average of 1 minute and 7 seconds per site visit this month compared to last month’s 32 seconds. SEO rankings for February have some noteworthy wins with keyword ‘penthouse painters Noosa’ and ‘luxury painters Noosa’ holding on to their 1st and 4th positions of first page results. A big win for this month is to see the increase in the number of keywords in the top 4-10 positions of first page results from last month’s 16 keywords to this month’s 25 keywords! A few areas we will focus on in the coming months are the decrease in the number of keywords in the top 3 positions and a slight dip in the ranking for keywords ‘best painters Noosaville’ and ‘high end painters Noosa’. We’ll be working on on-page optimisations through March to boost keyword ‘best painters Noosa’, which is currently at 16th position, closer to the first page of search results.
