The month of March sees positive results in keyword rankings as well as some areas for improvement in site traffic. We can see a slight dip this month in the total number of site visits from last month’s 89 users to this month’s 81 users, with users coming from organic search results decreasing this month at 33 organic users from last month’s 41 organic users. We’re pleased to see that the SEO campaign brought positive results in keyword rankings, with an increase in the number of keywords found in the top 3 positions and top 4-10 positions of first page search results, as well as keyword ‘emergency plumber Scarborough’ climbing 2 positions this month to 14th position from last month’s 16th position of second page results. We’re currently tracking the ranking of ‘plumber Wembley’ after on-page optimisations for this keyword were completed in March. On-page optimisations will be extended through April as we plan to interlink the SEO location pages with the homepage to ensure that Google is crawling and indexing all pages. With this strategy, we’re optimistic that we’ll be seeing a boost in SEO rankings and a significant increase in site traffic and in turn calls next month.
