March has again seen a small but positive boost in website performance. The site experienced a 6.2% increase in user visits, with over half arriving through organic (SEO) searches — 281 total, with 272 new, which is very favourable! While the overall trend was again up-and-won, the month ended on a fairly high note. Average session duration has also increased marginally, now at almost a minute. The site’s average SEO rank has seen a welcome 2.6% increase, although keyword performance has been mixed. We have 16 total keywords in the top 3 spots of search results, but unfortunately, only 4 remain in the #1 spot. We do have a further 10 keywords in the top 4 to 10 spots, so we’re optimistic about building on this in the coming months! In April, we will switch to off-page strategies to sustain our page rankings and boost the SEO performance of the site.

SEO Analysis

  • 16 keywords ranking in top 3 (first page) results
  • 11 keywords ranking in top 4-10 (first page) results
  • Keyword ‘building certifier sydney’ ranking in 8th position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘private certifier blacktown’ ranking in 3rd position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘private certifier Shellharbour’ ranking in 4th position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘building certifier Kiama’ ranking in 8th position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘private certifier nowra’ ranking in 3rd position (first page)
  • In March, on-page optimisations were completed with a focus on the keyword ‘private certifier Shellharbour’ and as a result we have seen its ranking leap from 14th position (second page) to 4th position (first page)!
  • Through the month of April, we will turn back to our off-page strategy to ensure we can maintain and defend this newly established ranking in Google’s search results
