April again sees favourable results from the SEO campaign, continuing the trend from March. There was a noteworthy 6.0% increase in website traffic, and an overwhelming majority arrived through organic (SEO) searches. We noted 392 users arrive in this manner (377 new), which is up from the previous month! The overall trend fluctuated but retained promisingly high, with an upward tick at the end of the month. Keyword ranking performance has again been mixed, though, as we saw a fantastic 4.3% increase in the site’s average SEO rank but a drop in keyword ranks. There are now 6 keywords in the top 3 spots, with 2 holding the #1 position. We do have a further 12 keywords in the top 4 to 10 spots, so a significant number of the focus keywords remain on the first page of search results. Last month’s on-page optimisations focused on the ‘dentist Baldivis’ target keyword, which now ranks 11th (the top of the second page of search results). This coming Month, we will continue with on-page optimisations, this time with a focus on the ‘dentist waikiki’ target keyword. We’re optimistic that with this approach the website traffic will also increase once the keyword is ranked within the top 10 spots.
