After March’s positive results, April saw some highs and lows with some setbacks in the website’s performance. We experienced a 22.4% dip in user visits, and the overall trend was lower, with spikes in activity. The month did start and end strongly, however, which is promising for the month of May! Through the month we have been able to maintain the rankings for 14 keywords in the top 3 spots on the first page of results, with 6 of these keywords actually securing the #1 position. There are a further 9 keywords in the top 4 to 10 spots (first page). It should be noted that we were unable to access the website to continue our on-page optimisations, but in the meantime have shifted our focus to the off-page strategies to recover traffic and SEO rankings. We particularly want to focus on the ‘chiropractor windsor’ target keyword to take advantage of its monthly search volume and drive an increase in traffic to the site.

Through the month of May, our focus will be shifted to our off-page strategies as we have been unable to login to the website to investigate the further on-page optimisations for the campaign. We will continue with our off-page to secure more location relevance and authority with Google, particularly for the keyword ‘chiropractor windsor’ as the search volume for this keyword will lead to a solid increase in website traffic once ranked on the first page of results.
