May has seen a welcome improvement following April’s mixed performance. We saw a promising 16.3% increase in user visits and a 20.7% increase in average session duration. While the overall trend remains low, there was a fantastic upward course at the end of the month that we can build on! Over half the website users continue to arrive via organic (SEO) searches, although marginally fewer than last month. On the SEO front, we now have 10 keywords ranking within the top 3 spots, although we saw some of those drop from the #1 position. There are also a further 28 keywords in the top 4 to 10 spots. For the target keyword ‘mechanic Belmont’, we expect to see a rise in the rankings after on-page optimisations completed near the end of May. We will expand our strategy to off-page work to see a further boost for the ‘mechanic perth’ keyword in June.
