May has brought much more positive results in website performance from the SEO campaign. After the recent slow April, this month sees a welcome 25.4% increase in user visits and 51.6% increase in average session duration. The overall trend remains up-and-down, but has an upward course towards the end and several high points. An overwhelming majority of users continue to arrive through organic (SEO) channels, which is promising. On the other hand, we did see a small 5.9% decrease in the site’s average SEO rank. We do have one additional keyword in the top 3 spots, which is pleasing to see. There are also a further 12 keywords in the top 4 to 10 spots, which is again a rise from April. The ‘private certifier Shellharbour’ target keyword performed particularly well, jumping from 15th on the second page of results, to 4th on the first page, this was a huge win! We hope to see similar progress with other keywords in June as we expand our on-page strategies, alongside a continuing rise in site traffic.
