August has been a strong month for the SEO campaign as we note different wins across the board. Nevertheless, there are still some areas that we can focus on in order to drive more growth. To start, there has been a slight dip in overall website traffic for the month. However, we do not attribute this loss to the SEO campaign because the organic (SEO) channel was actually able to bring in more site visitors this August! Organic traffic remains to be the top performing channel for the website. For keyword rankings, we note an increase in the number of keywords ranking in the top 3 positions of Google. However, there has been a slight dip in the top 4 to 10 positions. Nevertheless, it is positive to see the campaign’s targeted keywords maintain their rankings on the first page of Google search results. Our strategy for the coming month of September is utilising an on-page strategy to boost more keywords, specifically ‘landscaping canberra’ within the top 3 results.
