The results produced for the month of August are slower than expected, but within a consistent range of performance for the SEO campaign. To start, there has unfortunately been a slight dip in overall website traffic amounting to 8.1%. However, we do not attribute this dip to the SEO campaign because the organic (search results) channel was able to bring in more users than last month! This puts organic traffic as the top performing channel for the site, a notable success for the campaign. For keyword rankings, the number of keywords ranking within the top 10 positions or first page of Google remains the same. However, there have been some small downward movements in the targeted keywords of the campaign this month. We aim to boost these keywords, specifically ‘web design sunshine coast’, for the coming month of September by using an on-page strategy.
