August again saw mixed results, although there were several positives to take note of. Site traffic did drop by 18.8%, but the overall trend saw several peaks and the month ended strongly. More favourably, a majority of users arrived through organic (SEO) searches, with an increase from last month and almost all of them new. Average session duration also increased, so users find the content of our site relevant to their needs, which is pleasing to see. The site’s average SEO rank dipped marginally by 1.0%, and we lost one keyword in the top 3 spots from last month. However, we do have more keywords in the top 4 to 10 spots now, which means a sizable number are on Google’s first page. September will see us focus on-page optimisations on the ‘chiropractor armadale’ target keyword to move it closer to the first page of search results.
