January brings fantastic overall results for the campaign, with positives across the board. User traffic increased by 100.5%, and saw a high trend throughout the month. Almost all these visitors arrived through organic (SEO) channels – 342 in total, with 337 new. Average session duration also increased, which shows that our content is relevant to user searches. In terms of SEO, we saw an 8.0% rise in the site’s average SEO rank, which is a very welcome sight. We also have more keywords in the top 3 positions now – 25, with 14 again holding the #1 rank. January saw us focus optimisations on the ‘landscaping contractors canberra’ target keyword, which moved up 9 spots into 14th. February will see us shift to the ‘landscaping macarthur’ target keyword to take advantage of its high monthly search volume.
