January saw a mixed bag of results for the campaign, but with reasons for optimism. User visits saw a 26.7% drop, but the overall trend had several peaks and ended on a high note. 86 out of those 110 visitors arrived through organic (SEO) channels, and 81 of those were new. In terms of SEO, however, we saw another rise in average rank by 1.5%. We saw some keywords drop out of the top 3 spots, but we now have 12 holding the #1 rank – very pleasing to see. In January we completed optimisations on the ‘locksmith Nunawading’ target keyword, which we hope to see move in rankings in the coming weeks. This February, we will focus on the ‘locksmith Burwood’ target keyword to take advantage of its monthly search volume.
