May was again a month of highs and lows for the campaign. User visits again saw a small decline, down 5.2%. The overall trend was also complicated, with a peak of 46 users on 02 May but a low trend following. Still, a notable number of traffic came through organic (SEO) channels, and all users were new to the website. We may still be experiencing some issues with the Google Dashboard for tracking, while the GMB listing still needs verification. More favourably, we noted a 6.8% rise in the site’s average SEO rank, which now sits at 7.6 overall. Some keywords did slip, however, with ‘real estate virtual assistant’ dropping from 2nd to 17th. In May, our on-page optimisations focused on the ‘virtual real estate assistant’ keyword, which currently ranks 10th. We expect improvement in its rank in the coming weeks. June will see us switch to the ‘real estate virtual assistant australia’ keyword, which currently ranks 6th. It is fairly competitive, so we aim to bring it closer to the #1 spot on Google search results.
