Manager Analysis

The month of February finished with strong results for website analytics and Google Ads. Regarding website analytics, the total number of users visiting the website increased by 19.4% which now sits at 1,014 users. For the Google Ads Grant Account, there were 3 contact form submissions in the Psychology and Assessments Campaign, clicks increased by 53.8% and impressions increased by 55.1%.

For the Google Ads Paid Account, conversions saw a 33.3% increase this month, totalling 4. In addition, there were 146 clicks, a $2.30 average cost per click and a 7.19% click-through rate which are all promising results. However, the Psychology-related advertisements saw a delivery issue due to the usage of addiction-related terms on the landing page. Despite this, we have disputed this with Google to prevent any issues in the future. Throughout the month, we identified high-converting keywords such as “therapeutic support near me” and “book a psychologist”. Since then, these keywords have been added to the campaign. In March, the focus will be to update the negative keyword list and refine the keywords to shorten the conversion journey and target clients who are ready to convert now.

For Google Ads, the month finished on 2 contact form submissions, a 0.45% click-through rate, 121 link clicks and a reach of 8,555 individuals. Regarding the advertisements, posts saw 6 saves, 2 post shares and 4 comments. This level of engagement is indicating that there is a lot of interest in the service offering. In March, the focus will be to optimise the ad delivery for Psychology and PBSP ads in order to improve conversion and link clicks.

For SEO, there are 5 keywords ranking in the top 3 spots and 20 keywords ranking in the top 4-10 spots on the first page of Google Search. Keywords such as ‘telehealth psychologist Baringa’, ‘positive behaviour support Gympie’ and ‘positive behaviour support Sunshine Coast’ are ranking 3rd, 4th and 4th in Google Search. In February, the focus was to complete on-page optimisation for the keyword ‘NDIS psychologist Brisbane’ and over the coming weeks, its rankings will improve. For March, the focus will be to complete off-page optimisation by building links that will improve the website’s relevance and rankings.
