Manager Analysis
In September, the SEO campaign made significant progress in addressing critical issues identified during the initial on-site review. Several key improvements were implemented to enhance the website’s search engine optimisation.
Firstly, the team added missing Alt Tags to images, improving accessibility and ensuring that search engines can better understand and index the visual content. Additionally, location data was integrated into images, enhancing the website’s local SEO efforts and increasing its visibility to users searching for location-specific information.
The Local Business Schema markup was updated to provide search engines with accurate and up-to-date information about the business, further improving the site’s relevance in local search results. Furthermore, the XML sitemap was re-submitted to search engines, ensuring that all website pages are properly indexed and crawled.
Looking ahead to October, the SEO campaign will focus on creating two new content pages dedicated to ‘outdoor blinds’ and ‘indoor blinds.’ Existing content for ‘Venetian blinds,’ ‘vertical blinds,’ and ‘panel blinds’ will also be revamped to establish topical authority. These pages will serve as the foundation for SEO location pages, aimed at building trust and relevance in local search results for the target areas.
