The results produced for the month of February show strong data for the SEO campaign. Firstly, we note a 3.4% increase in overall website traffic. Although it is only a minimal improvement, it is a welcome change from the previous month’s dip in numbers. On the other hand, the number of users coming in from the organic (SEO) channel has not gone up along with the site traffic. This indicates an area of improvement in our campaign for the coming month. On a more positive note, the average ranking has gone up for February as 15 keywords have made their place in the top 3 positions of organic search results. There has also been a fantastic performance in our targeted keywords as all of them continue to secure the top 1 position of Google. Overall, we continue to see pleasing output out of the SEO campaign for the year. For the coming month of March, we aim to extend the positive trend in our keyword rankings by using on-page optimisations once more.

We are pleased to report that January has produced highly positive results for the SEO campaign. Although there has been a slight decline in the overall website traffic amounting to 9.2%, we do not attribute this lag to the SEO campaign since there was no accompanying decrease in the organic (SEO) traffic that the site received. Interestingly, we were even able to increase the number of users coming in from the organic (SEO) channel this month. It is fantastic to see the average ranking hold steady at 1.9. Another win is seeing the number of keywords we have in the top 3 positions has gone up from 10 to 14 keywords. To top it all off, we were able to maintain all of the targeted keywords in the top 1 position of Google! It has been a fulfilling month for the campaign so we aim to see this level of growth for the Melville keywords this February by using on-page optimisations.
