Air Conditioning Doctor – March 2021 Monthly Report

The month of March has produced a variety of results for the SEO campaign, with a few notable wins in keyword rankings and other areas of improvement. Unfortunately, the overall website traffic has gone down again by only 5.4%, a stark contrast to last month’s 42.9% decline. The trend in site visits show an upward trajectory throughout the latter part of the month, indicating a potentially more successful website performance for April. We have found another dip in the number of organic users this month, which is a sign of a slow-performing SEO performance. On a more positive note, the number of keywords ranking in the top 3 positions have gone up as keywords from the top 4 to 10 positions move up from their previous rankings. This is a win for the below focus keywords as all of them have secured rankings within the top 3 positions of Google search results. To boost these rankings and SEO performance, we will be reverting back to an off-page strategy for the coming month of April.

  • In March, on-page optimisations were completed with a focus on the keyword ‘air conditioning repairs Adelaide’ and as a result we have seen its ranking move up a notch from 4th to 3rd position
  • In the coming month we will turn back to our off-page strategy to maintain, if not further boost the rankings for these Adelaide keywords

    The results produced for the month of February have been a little slower than the trend in data from last month. For one, we note a turnaround in the growth of website traffic from the previous months as overall site traffic dropped by 42.9% this February. This decline can be attributed to the decrease in the number of users brought in by the organic (SEO) channel. There is a massive difference between the 407 organic users from January to 185 organic users this February. Although the organic channel remains to be the top 1 channel in bringing in site visitors, this drop in organic traffic pushes us to strengthen the campaign’s SEO presence on Google. On a more positive note, keyword rankings for the month are held steady as the number of keywords found on the first page of search results increased. Also, it is positive to find the targeted keywords still secure on the 4th position of Google, similar to January. Our strategy for the coming month of March is to boost these targeted keywords into the top 3 positions by using on-page optimisations.
