The SEO campaign for the month of February has seen tremendous growth in site traffic as well as notable wins for keyword rankings. User site traffic is up by 14.5% this month to 356 users, with 208 users coming from the organic search channel. We’re also pleased to see that the average time spent by each user has increased massively this month by 75.6%, resulting in an average session duration of 1 minute and 31 seconds. It’s interesting to note the spike in site traffic on Feb. 21, where user site visits were at their highest for the month. As for keyword rankings, the number of keywords joining the top 3 positions of search results took a slight dip this month which resulted in a total of 31 keywords. Meanwhile, the number of keywords joining the top 4-10 positions increased by 5 keywords, which resulted in a total of 29 keywords. We’re seeing strong first page rankings for this month’s keywords, with ‘dentist ingleburn’ again securing the top 2 position and keyword ‘dentist minto’ ranking in the 7th position of first page results. The keyword ‘dentist macquarie links’ jumps up 3 places this month to 11th position from last month’s 14th position after on-page optimisations were completed for this keyword in February. We plan to focus our optimisation efforts on boosting the keyword ‘orthodontics prestons’ with on-page strategies through the month of March to bring it closer to the top positions of first page results.
