We are pleased to see yet another positive set of results for the SEO campaign this month of May. There has been a slight increase in overall website traffic for the month. The organic (SEO) channel is responsible for bringing in the majority of traffic, indicating a strong SEO presence so far. The heavy fluctuations in site visits throughout the month presents room for growth in terms of traffic for the coming month of June. It has also been fantastic to see improvements in keyword rankings for the month. The average SEO ranking has gone up, caused by the increase in the number of keywords ranking in the top 3 positions of organic search results. In terms of the below targeted keywords, there have been minimal dips in movement however they are all still secure on the first page of Google. All in all, it has been a fruitful month for the campaign and we aim to continue this level of growth for the coming month of June.

  • 28 keywords ranking in top 3 (first page) results
  • 20 keywords ranking in top 4-10 (first page) results
  • Keyword ‘quantity surveyor ballina’ ranking in 3rd position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘quantity surveyor tweed heads’ ranking in 3rd position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘buyers agent byron bay’ ranking in 6th position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘property buyers byron bay’ ranking in 4th position (first page)
  • For the month of May, we completed an on-page optimisation for the keyword ‘buyers agent Brunswick Heads’ and it is presently ranking in 3rd position (first page).
  • On-page optimisations will continue through the month of June to boost the keyword ‘property valuation lismore’ from its current 11th position, onto the first page of results.

    It has been a good month for the SEO campaign this October as we see improvements in different campaign stats. However, there has been a decrease in overall website traffic for the month worth 22.6%. The trend in site visits shows a sudden drop in the middle of the month, despite this, we were able to pick this up the following day. The organic (SEO) channel remains to be the top performing channel, which is an indicator of a stable SEO performance. We are pleased to see an increase in the number of keywords ranking on the first page of Google search results. The targeted keywords have also been performing strongly, all of which can be found in the upper range of the first page of Google. We aim to pursue higher rankings in the month of November by using on-page optimisations, specifically focusing on the search term ‘property valuation tweed heads’.
