Asset Advisory Property Consultants – April 2021 Monthly Report
Manager
The month of April has produced strong and stable results for the SEO campaign with a point of improvement lying in website data as we note a 15.7% decrease in overall website traffic for the month. Although the organic (SEO) channel remains to be the top-performing channel for the site, the number of organic visitors has dropped from 132 to 102 this April. For keyword rankings, there has been a minimal dip in average SEO rankings caused by one keyword falling from the top 3 positions of Google and likely attributing to the dip in website traffic. In spite of this, the below listed focus keywords have performed very well as they secure rankings higher up on the first page of organic search results. For the coming month of May, we will continue with on-page optimisations to boost other valuable focus keywords and address the recent dip in the top 3 position ranking to in turn see the website traffic bounce back up.

Asset Advisory Property Consultants – March 2021 Monthly Report
Manager
The results produced for the month of March have been notably strong with just a few dips in keyword rankings. We are pleased to report another increase in the overall website traffic with this month’s amounting to a significant 41.5% increase. The fluctuation in the trend of site visits show potential of stabilising website performance for the coming months. This increase can be attributed to the jump of organic users from 98 to 132 users this month. The organic traffic makes up the majority of the overall website visits, illustrating the organic (SEO) channel as the top performing channel. Unfortunately, the average SEO ranking has gone down as keywords both in the top 3 and top 4-10 positions drop down from 26 and 24 to 25 and 21 respectively. Nonetheless, it has been an exciting month for the below focus keywords’ progress, as we track impressive growth in that area. We will continue to boost these keyword rankings closer to the top 1 positions by using on-page optimisations once more this coming month of April.
