Asset Advisory Property Consultants – October 2020 Monthly Report
Manager
We’re pleased to report that the SEO campaign for the month of October has been mostly successful. There has been a big jump in the number of users visiting the website, from 136 users in September to a massive 23.5% increase in October, with 168 users visiting the website for an average of 1 minute and 5 seconds per visit. Of the 168 website users, 90 of them are organic users (SEO traffic). It is worth noting that there has been an increase in the number of keywords ranking in the top 3 positions on the first page, with 24 keywords joining the top 3 positions in search results compared to September’s 23, and 26 keywords joining the top 4-10 rankings in October compared to September’s 24. The rankings of keywords ‘quantity surveyor ballina’ and ‘quantity surveyor tweed heads’ are retained at 5th position and 2nd position, respectively. The same can be seen for keyword ‘property buyers byron bay’, ranking in the same 4th position as the previous month. While a slight dip to 5th position can be seen for keyword ‘buyers agent byron bay’ from the previous month’s 4th, we’re optimistic that we can shift the Byron Bay rankings closer to the top 3 positions on the first page of search results with an off-page strategy that will be used through November. With our steadily progressing user site visits and the overall improved performance of our keyword rankings in the top 3 and top 4-10 positions on the first page of search results, we’re confident that the SEO for November will see continued positive results.

Asset Advisory Property Consultants – August 2020 Monthly Report
Manager
The month of August has produced a steady set of SEO results. While the website has seen another dip in website traffic this month amounting to 9.8%, the amount of traffic coming from the organic (SEO) channel is performing steadily with respect to the number of users brought in last July. It looks like the drop in website traffic this month has come from sources unrelated to the SEO campaign. However, in order to see an increase in consistent website traffic in the coming month, we plan to complete on-page optimisations to further push the Byron Bay keywords to the top 3 positions. This will likely lead to a further increase in website traffic through the month and stabilise our number of site visits. Our overall SEO keyword rankings are lower for the month as our number of keywords both in the top 3 positions and the top 4 to 10 positions have dropped from 25 and 19 to 23 and 17, respectively. Our targeted keywords are still secured on the first page of Google search results. We plan to recover our rankings and traffic in the coming month of September by utilising on-page optimisations, concentrating on boosting our targeted Byron Bay keywords closer to the top 1 position.
