The results for the month of July are steady and strong with some big wins for our targeted keywords. Although our overall website traffic has dipped by a minimal margin, our organic (SEO) channel is still performing well as it brings in a large number of site visitors (78 out of a total 112). We have a decline in keywords ranking in the top 3 positions with a positive trend in keywords ranking in the top 4 to 10 positions, accounting for a slight decrease in our average SEO ranking. We do expect to see a more steady trend on keyword rankings throughout the coming month as our targeted keywords have been reacting well as our on-page optimisations through July. We will further utilise this approach through August. The wins for the month include seeing the keywords ‘quantity surveyor ballina’, ‘quantity surveyor tweed heads’, and ‘buyers agent byron bay’ move up from their previous positions⏤ inching closer to the top 1 result on the first page of Google. We will continue with our strategy of on-page optimisations for the coming month of August, specifically to boost the Byron Bay keywords.

    The month of June produced stable results that show a lot of potential for the coming month. There has been a slight increase in website traffic with the majority of users coming from the organic (SEO) channel. For SEO keyword rankings, there has been a 3.4% increase of keywords in the top 3 positions and a 12.5% decrease of keywords in the top 4 to 10 positions. The keyword rankings continue to fluctuate but we plan to stabilise that in the coming month. For our targeted keywords, we continue to maintain a strong presence on the first page of Google search results. We’re excited to note that last month’s strategy effectively boosted the keyword “quantity surveyor tweed heads” to the top 3 positions. Because of the pleasing results in targeted keyword rankings, on-page optimisations will continue to be utilised to rank more Byron Bay keywords within the top 3 positions.
