The month of January has seen a fantastic start to the year! We have seen a massive 73% increase in the overall website traffic. It has been particularly impressive to see an improvement from 51 organic (SEO) website visits in December to 84 in January. This is a great indication that the newly established SEO rankings have contributed directly to new website traffic. Through February, we will be shifting our focus to further on-page optimisations to ensure we are staying up to date with Google’s algorithm updates.

SEO Analysis

  • 24 keywords ranking in top 3 (first page) results
  • 23 keywords ranking in top 4-10 (first page) results
  • Keyword ‘quantity surveyor ballina’ ranking in 3rd position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘quantity surveyor tweed heads’ ranking in 4th position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘buyers agent byron bay’ ranking in 5th position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘property buyers byron bay’ ranking in 6th position (first page)

    November has shown some positive numbers for the SEO campaign once again. We have seen a steady 2.9% increase in the overall website traffic with this picking up especially towards the end of the month. The SEO rankings have continued to make progress towards first page rankings, and seeing the more competitive Byron Bay keywords jump around in the last 30 days has been a huge win! Over the coming month our off page strategy will continue to ensure we can not only maintain our achieved rankings but also continue to make steady movements towards the top positions on Google.

    SEO Analysis

    The month of November has produced a steady month of results. We have seen an increase in the number of keywords appearing in the top 10 and top 3 positions, with this now at 47 and 23 respectively. It has been a huge win in particular to see the Byron Bay keywords ‘property buyers byron bay’ and ‘property valuers byron bay’ jump 49 and 9 positions to now be sitting in the 5th and 11th positions respectively. Through December we will be continuing with our link building strategy to gain more authority behind the Byron Bay keywords so that we can push more of the established rankings into the top 3 positions on Google.
