June has produced another steady and strong month of results. While we can see a small 4% dip in the overall website traffic for the month, with some days throughout the month have no traffic at all, we are confident that this will pick back up over the coming month due to our improved ranking for one of the Byron Bay search terms. The rankings are progressing steadily and we will continue to execute on a few off page strategies in order to boost the current rankings and also to help them stabilise with Google.
SEO Analysis
June has continued to show continued improvements in the SEO rankings. While we have seen fluctuations in both positive and negative directions with the rankings, this very much comes down to Google moving them around in order to see where they should eventually stabilise. Some terms which have seen very positive improvements over the last 30 days include ‘property buyers lismore’, ‘buyers agent byron bay’ and ‘quantity surveyor evans head’ which have now jumped into the 1st, 6th and 5th positions on the first page of Google respectively. We will be continuing with our off page strategy with assist the rankings in stabilising with Google in our preferred positions (first page of results).

The month of May has shown a positive month of results with some ups and downs throughout. We have seen a great 14.9% increase in website traffic and it’s great to see that the majority of this traffic is coming from Organic (Google Search) results. While we can see that the amount of time people are spending on the site has dropped significantly, as the SEO rankings continue to stabilise, we would expect this time to increase slightly. In terms of the rankings themselves, we have seen 9 of the key search terms hold their number 1 position rankings over the last month, however we have also seen some fluctuations in the other direction. We will be continuing with our link building strategy in order to see steadier improvements across the next month.
SEO Analysis
May has seen some fluctuations in rankings, however is still remaining to show some fantastic rankings! While we have seen the term ‘buyers agent richmond valley’ increase by 99 positions straight into the number 1 position on the first page of Google’s results, we have also seen the term ‘property buyers lismore’ decrease by 99 positions over the last month. While we do expect to see these fluctuations as Google is still trying to find stable positions for each terms in their search results, our goal is to have the majority of our search terms on that first page of Google’s results. We will be continuing with our off page strategy with a focus on the Byron Bay terms over the next month to ensure we see more movements towards those better rankings than away from them.
