There has been a variety of results in the SEO campaign this month of April. To start off, there was an unexpected decrease in overall website traffic amounting to 45.1%. This was a sudden turn-around in traffic considering the positive trend in site visits from the previous months. Similar to last March, the trend in these site visits show heavy fluctuations. We can opt to focus on consistent SEO performance in order to stabilise and eventually increase traffic for the coming months. An area of concern for the April campaign is the dip in organic traffic, from 40 to 24 organic users for the month. This is an indication that there is a need for a more assertive SEO campaign strategy. On the other hand, we have actually seen some notable improvements in the SEO rankings through the last 4 weeks. There was a boost in the average SEO ranking, caused by the increase in the keywords ranking both in the top 3 and top 4 to 10 positions of Google search results. The below focus keywords also performed just as positively, as they continue to secure strong rankings on the first three pages of Google. We aim to address the site traffic concern for the coming month of May by boosting focus keywords with high search volume in the following months.
