The month of September has produced a number of wins for the SEO campaign. Although there has been a 9.5% decrease in overall website traffic, we do not attribute this decline to the campaign because the organic (SEO) channel was actually able to bring in the same amount of organic traffic from August. The upward trend in site visits towards the end of the month can be interpreted as a positive starting point and trend for traffic this October. In keyword rankings, we are pleased to see an increase in the number of keywords ranking within the top 3 positions of Google search results. In fact, one of the targeted keywords for the campaign this month was able to secure its position on the first page of Google! There has also been some upward movement for the rest of the targeted keywords which we are very excited about. We aim to pursue on-page optimisations for high-traffic keywords this coming month of October to boost organic traffic.

  • For the month of October, we plan to focus our on-page optimisation on the keyword ‘plumber canning vale’ as it has a significant number of average monthly searches and to push its ranking closer to the first page of Google results.

    The results produced for the SEO campaign this month of August highlights the variety of data and growth in the campaign. Unfortunately, there is a 27.1% decrease in overall website traffic for the month. The heavy fluctuations in site visits indicate the potential for higher traffic for the coming month of September by aiming for more consistent site traffic in the campaign. The organic (SEO) channel remains to be the second top performing channel for the site, a strong position but with more potential for improvement. In terms of keyword rankings, we are pleased to see an improvement in the average SEO ranking, brought by the increase in the number of keywords both in the top 3 and top 4 to10 positions of Google search results. There has been a variety of movements in the targeted keywords, but overall they present a strong and consistent performance throughout the month. This coming month, we plan to focus our on-page optimisations on the keyword ‘plumber gosnells’ to push its ranking to the first page of Google results.
