October has seen a positive month of results overall. We have seen an increase in the overall website traffic by 16% which is fantastic! While it looks like this traffic has dropped off towards the end of the month, we have now seen this pick back up at the start of November. It has also been very impressive to see the average session duration improve so drastically! This is a great indication that when people visit the site, they are reading the content and finding this relevant to what they were searching for. The rankings themselves are continuing to fluctuate massively with some wins for a few of the ‘plumber’ keywords as well as a South Perth keyword.
SEO Analysis
The month of October has produced a month of large fluctuations with some steady numbers. We have seen the keywords ‘plumber willetton’, ‘plumbing cannington’ and ‘kitchen renovations gosnells’ jump 58, 48 and 43 positions respectively which is great! It has also been a great win to see the South Perth keyword ‘bathroom renovations south perth’ move 10 positions over the last 30 days to now be sitting in the 23rd position on Google. We will be continuing with our off page strategy to push more of these keywords onto the first page of Google’s results, as that will generate the most value for the business.

The month of September has been a great month with a small speed bump along the way. We have seen a drop in the website traffic, in particular towards the end of the month which is interesting. However it has been great to see that 17 website visits have come from organic (Google Search) traffic. This is a great indication that our SEO rankings are contributing to the overall website traffic, however over the coming month we would like to see this number increasing as the rankings continue to improve.
SEO Analysis
September has been a great month of improvements for the SEO rankings. We can now see 15 terms appearing in the top 10 (first page) positions on Google. This is a great improvement from only 9 in the previous month. The terms ‘kitchen renovations kalamunda’, ‘kitchen renovations leeming’ and ‘kitchen renovations victoria park’ have made significant improvements, jumping 81, 79 and 78 positions respectively. Another massive win for the month was seeing the terms ‘plumber bibra lake’ and ‘plumber maylands’ moving 57 and 53 positions respectively towards the first page on Google. Over the coming month our focus will be on the off page strategy so that we can see more terms moving onto the first page of Google’s results in the coming month.
