Brookfield Produce and Pet Pavilion – July Monthly Report

The month of July has been another success overall! We have seen a slight 6% increase in the overall website traffic which is great! It’s great to see that a majority of this traffic is coming from organic search (Google Search results) and cpc (Google Ads results). We have seen an increase in conversions through July which has been fantastic, and what we hope to continue into the coming month with our continued optimisations, specifically focusing on the ad copy for August.

h2>AdWords Analysis

The Google Ads campaign has been positive for July. We have seen a drastic increase across all the stats, including Clicks (8.8%), CTR (312.1%), Conversions (63.6%) and Conversion rate (50.4%) which is great. These stats are the effect of the changes weve made through July, including removing low search keywords, low quality score and non converting keywords. The plan for August is to improve the performance of the campaign as well by making some changes on the text ads.

The month of June has been positive overall. We have seen a dip in the overall website traffic, which has come from our AdWords strategy of eliminating keywords that are less likely to convert into calls. Over the coming month, we should see this traffic pick back up and the click through rate continue to improve. Overall, a positive month that we believe we can improve upon for July.

AdWords Analysis

June has been successful in terms of increasing the CTR (77.8%) and we also achieved a lower Cost/Conversion (23.8%), but overall the performance was slower for the Google Ads campaign. This is to be expected because we removed irrevant keywords during the middle of the month to ensure we are targeting higher converting keywords.The plan for July is to continue with this structure but it will be much stronger because we will be seeing more relevant conversions with a lower cost for the month as a whole.
