Brookfield Produce and Pet Pavilion – January 2021 Monthly Report

Manager

The month of January has produced strong results for the Google Ads campaign especially in terms of CTR and the number of conversions achieved. We have had a slight increase in overall traffic as the number of users from the CPC channel has jumped from 258 last month to 296 users this month. With 511 clicks on the ads for January, we note a 16.4% increase from December’s data and a notable improvement from November’s 372 clicks. This resulted in a higher CTR for the month amounting to 8.3%. We are pleased to report 33 new conversions from the campaign, a strong number indicating the steady growth of the Google Ads performance. Nevertheless, the rise in overall traffic has affected the conversion rate so we will be focusing on achieving better traffic quality to boost the conversions and conversion rate for the coming month of February.

Google Ads Analysis

  • 33 Conversions
  • 511 Clicks
  • 8.3% CTR
  • 6.5% Conversion Rate
  • January has seen pleasing results for the Google Ads campaign overall.
  • We have noted an increase in the number of conversions and overall traffic which is fantastic to see.
  • We also noted pleasing campaign performance from the “Bushranger” that brought some big sales recently.
  • However, we haved noted a small drop in the conversion rate because of the increase in the overall traffic, and because conversions are also occurring in store through physical puchases.
  • The plan for February is to structure the campaign to drive an increase in the conversion rate and CTR to maintain if not increase the performance. We would also look into changing the non performing ad copy and keywords in the last 3 months which would help in achieving better traffic quality and in turn, better lead/conversion quality.
