The month of April has produced a variety of results with some steady data and areas of improvement. To start off, we have recorded another decrease in overall website traffic considering that the previous month, the campaign was able to turn around the downward trend in site visits with a significant increase. For April, there was a 35.8% decrease in traffic. The trend in these site visits shows an upward trajectory through the latter part of the month, possibly indicating a more successful set of results for May. Fortunately, the organic (SEO) channel continues to be the top-performing channel for the website traffic. In keyword rankings, we were able to note a slight improvement in the average SEO ranking. This can also be observed in the slight upward movements of certain targeted keywords in the SEO campaign. In general, the results are strong and steady and we do expect this to reflect in the website traffic in the coming month. Although this can be interpreted as a solid grasp on the rankings, it can also be an opportunity to assert the campaign further and see growth in larger degrees. To do so, we will be shifting to an off-page strategy for the coming month of May.

We are very pleased to see major improvements in the SEO campaign this month of March! There has been a significant increase in overall website traffic amounting to 32.7%, a welcome recovery from the previous months’ decline in site visits. It has also been positive to note a 29.1% increase in the average session duration, indicating the improvement in substance and relevance of the site’s content. The organic (SEO) channel remains to be the top performing channel in the campaign, bringing in 333 organic users. This is a solid increase from last month’s 271 organic users. At the same time, it has been fantastic to see another win across the board as the average SEO ranking has gone up this month, due to the increase in the number of keywords ranking in the top 3 positions of Google search results. For the targeted keywords, there are a few dips tracked but there are still notable improvements seen such as with keyword ‘corporate lawyer Ipswich’ that has moved up from the 31st to the 19th position of Google! Lastly, we are pleased to report a positive outcome in last month’s effort to boost keyword ‘small business lawyer Ipswich’ using new blog post content to assist the rankings. We aim to bring in this level of success in other pages of the site this coming month of April.
