The campaign has stabilised and shows mixed but promising results as we enter the second month. User traffic continues to rise, up 53.3% to 161 visitors in total. The trend was up-and-down but peaked several times. Organic search users still make up a small but notable percentage of site visitors, but they spent almost 3 minutes on the website. The site has gained an average SEO rank of 13.0, but we’re seeing several keywords find their footing on Google search results. Some notable keywords are ‘counselling sessions Cootharaba’ (7th) and ‘counsellors Cooroibah’ (7th). September saw us focus more on off-page strategies to improve website authority and relevance. We will now shift to on-page optimisations focusing on the highly competitive ‘counselling online’ keyword to take advantage of its significant monthly search volume.

    We’ve seen a very promising start to the SEO campaign following its kick-off in August. User traffic is up over 100 visitors in total, and ended with a peak of 15 users on the website (11 new). Organic search users made up about 19% of total website traffic, but we’re optimistic that as our keywords gain footing, this percentage will increase. Moreover, organic search users spent over 5 minutes on the website, which shows that our content is relevant to their needs. The website is still gaining a solid average SEO rank, a notable number of keywords have landed on Google’s first page of first results – very pleasing to see! In September, we will carry out a thorough assessment of the site’s content pages in order to help the site gain more authority and relevance on Google. We will also employ on-page and off-page optimisations on various significant keywords to improve their rankings and boost customer actions on the website.
