Dental Care Professionals – May 2020 Monthly Report

The month of May has produced an improved month of results than the previous month. We have seen a massive increase in the overall website traffic, however we are still seeing this occur sporadically throughout the month. The Google Ads campaign has achieved 12 conversions for the month which has been pleasing. While we are still facing an issue with the conversions not appearing correctly in the marketing dashboard, we are continuing to work on a solution for this. In the coming month, we will also be working to optimise the CTR which should also result in an increase in the number of conversions occurring throughout the month. Consistency in conversions is a focus for the campaign in the coming months.

Google Ads Analysis

  • May has produced a positive month for the Google Ads campaign. The campaign has generated 310 Clicks, a 7.9% CTR, 3.9k Impressions and 12 Total Conversions with a 3.87% Conversion rate.
  • We have been able to see improvements in the number of impressions and clicks from the previous month. However, we have also seen the CTR lower than the previous month which is something we will be working to improve in the coming month.
  • Additionally we are still facing an issue with conversions not appearing correctly in the marketing dashboard.
  • Our plan for the month of June is to restructure the campaign to drive an increase in the CTR by optimising the text ads and removing any non-performing keywords. With these optimisations, we will also be working towards a more consistent conversion trend.

    The month of March has seen some much slower results than expected. Since the Stage 3 restrictions we did see a massive drop in the number of searches for dental services through the month. However, it was pleasing to see the searches pick up towards the end of the month once those restrictions were lifted. Towards the end of the month, we did see an increase in traffic and conversions for the campaign. Through May, we will be working to ensure we can generate more clicks and conversions from the searches made for dental services through the month.

    Google Ads Analysis

  • The month of April has seen a pleasing month of results for our Google Ads campaign. The campaign managed to generate 178 Clicks, 9.6% CTR, 1.9k Impressions, 4 Total Conversions (Form Submissions) with a 2.28% Conversion Rate.
  • While we were optimising an emergency dental campaign during the month due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we did see slower results from this due to the lower number of searches for dental services during this time. However, since the Stage 3 restrictions have since been lifted, we have returned to our original campaign and have optimised our ad copy to reflect that we are operating as usual.
  • The plan for May is to structure the campaign to drive more traffic and therefore increase our chances in achieving more conversions in the process. We expect that this can happen this month because the practice is back to regualar operations.
