June has been a positive yet interesting month for SEO. While we have seen a significant drop (34%) in the overall website traffic, we cannot be too alarmed at this as it looks like site was not registering our tracking and collecting data during the first 6 days of the month. We are confident that over the coming month the website traffic should pick back up as the rankings continue to move towards more of those positions on the first page of Google. We will continue to monitor these results carefully into July, to ensure we are seeing the rankings moving in the positive direction that will bring in more enquiries for the practice.
SEO Analysis
The month of June has been a fantastic starting point as a first full month of SEO results. We can see 36 key search terms appearing in the top 20 positions on Google and 10 terms appearing in the top 10 positions (first page results), which is great! While we are seeing soe huge fluctuations in both directions with the rankings, this is exactly what we expect to see at this stage in the campaign. Some terms in particular that have jumped into better rankings over the last 30 days include ‘podiatrist bundoora’, ‘chiropractic fawkner’ and ‘chiropractor fairfield’ which have moved 77, 75 and 71 positions towards better rankings. Over the coming months we do expect to continue to see these large movements before the rankings begin to settle down more and stabilise with Google.

May has been a very positive first month of SEO. We have seen a very small increase in the website traffic, however we did see the traffic tracking drop off towards the end of the month. After analysing this we can see that our tracking was somehow removed and the first few days of the new month have also not been tracked. We have now reinserted this tracking. In terms of the rankings themselves, we have seen some massive fluctuations which is exactly what we expect to see for the first few months. We will be monitoring these terms over the coming month to ensure we are seeing continue large jumps towards better rankings.
SEO Analysis
The month of May has been a fantastic initial month of SEO results! We can see a total of 34 search terms appearing in the top 20 results on Google, with 8 of those appearing on the first page of Google. Some terms in particular that have seen dramatic jumps since the SEO pages went live include ‘podiatrist watsonia‘, ‘chiropractic macleod’ and ‘podiatrist rosanna’ which have jumped 89, 86 and 82 positions respectively towards the first page of results. Over the coming month we do expect to see more of these large fluctuations before the rankings settle down and stabilise with Google.
