The month of January has seen an interesting month of results. It appears as though the site has gone through a redesign which is great. However, during this process it seems our tracking codes were removed from the website, meaning we have been unable to track website traffic from January 23rd onwards. We have also seen the SEO rankings drop slightly from January 25th. Once we can access the new website, we will spend the coming month focusing on optimisations to ensure we can see our overall rankings pick back up through February.

SEO Analysis

  • 4 keyword ranking in top 3 (first page) results
  • 6 keywords ranking in top 4-10 (first page) results
  • Keyword ‘chiropractic brunswick’ ranking in 41th position (fifth page)
  • Keyword ‘naturopath watsonia’ ranking in 11th position (second page)
  • Keyword ‘chiropractor ivanhoe’ ranking in 7th position (first page)
  • Keyword ‘chiropractor reservoir’ ranking in 3rd position (first page)

  • Further on-page optimisations will be completed in the coming month to see further improvements for Reservoir and Ivanhoe focused keywords

    November has produced a slower month than usual. We have seen quite a large drop in the overall website traffic throughout the month due to the fluctuations we have also seen in the SEO rankings. We are working to defend the rankings and maintain their positions through our link building strategy, which has contributed in some wins through the month. However the fluctuations in the other direction are continuing. At this point, it seems that the set back with the website error a few months ago has led to a dip for the rankings. We will continue working on the off page strategy in order to gain more authority behind the website and in turn see some redeeming rankings throughout December.

    SEO Analysis

    The month of November has continued to show fluctuations across the board. We can now see 27 keywords appearing in the top 10 positions on the first page of Google, with 8 of those, still appearing in the top 3 positions on the first page of results. We have been continuing to work on out link building strategy over the last month which has led to some bounce back for some of the rankings including the terms ‘podiatrist thornbury’, ‘chiropractic kingsbury’ and ‘chiropractic macleod’ which have jumped 85, 70 and 64 positions back up to valuable positions. However, we have also seen some movements in the other direction for some of the rankings. With the development of a new site in the works, we should expect to see a change in the overall SO results once the new site goes live, ensuring the SEO pages have also been built out on the new site.
