The month of June has been positive overall, with a few speed bumps along the way. We have seen a very positive 17% increase in the website traffic which is fantastic! However, this month we did see a drop in the average session duration, meaning that people are spending less time on the website. We are not too concerned about this at this stage, however we will be monitoring this closely to ensure it does not drop too much lower. In terms of the rankings themselves, we are continuing to see both fluctuations with some rankings and steadier movements with others. We will continue executing on a few off page techniques to ensure we can start moving in a trend of more consistent rankings over the coming month.
SEO Analysis
June has shown a steady month of results than previous months, however it does still remain positive. While we have seen some massive fluctuations towards the negative, the steadier movements we have seen in the positive direction is an indication that Google is happy with where these rankings are now sitting. In regards to the terms that are fluctuating quite a lot, we would expect these terms to bounce back up over the next month. Some terms that have seen a positive improvement over the last 30 days include ‘pressure cleaning lennox head’, ‘roof restoration ocean shores’ and ‘pressure cleaning eltham’. We will be continuing with our off page strategy over the coming month to help defend these rankings into July.
