The results produced for the month of February is stable but in a slight decline from last month’s SEO campaign. There has been a slight dip in website traffic amounting to 3.7%. Although the difference in overall site traffic is minimal, the number of organic users has dropped from 101 to 87 users this February. We note that the average SEO ranking was held steady throughout the month but there is also a decrease in the number of keywords ranking in the top 3 positions from 36 keywords to 33 keywords. On the other hand, the number of keywords in the top 4 to 10 positions (still found on the first page of Google) has gone up from 16 to 24 keywords. A massive win for the month is securing the below targeted keywords on the first page of Google! We are excited to boost these keywords and expand the campaign to more keywords this coming month of March. Our strategy consists of on-page optimisation focusing on the new deck sanding, oiling and restoration keywords.

We were able to yield significant improvements in the SEO campaign this January. First off, we were able to turn around the decrease in overall website traffic from November with a 47.8% increase. We can also expect an upward trajectory of site visits for February based on the progress we were able to make for the month. Another win for the campaign is seeing a massive jump on the number of users brought in by the organic channel from 63 to 101 users. the keyword rankings are performing consistently well as we note an increase in the number of keywords we have ranking in the top 3 positions in google. All of the targeted keywords were able to secure their rankings on the first page of organic search results. We are particularly excited with keywords “roof restoration byron bay” and “roof painting ballina“ ranking in the top 3 positions. For the month of February, the objective is to extend the positive developments in the data and defend these rankings by using off-page optimisations.
