The month of November sees steady results with areas for potential for the SEO campaign. Starting with a 23.1% decrease in user site traffic from last month’s 307 users to this month’s 236 users, this is echoed in the 4.2% decrease in average session duration this month also. We’re pleased to note that organic search results drove most of the user site visits this month, crediting 129 out of 236 of the site visits to organic users with 127 out of 129 users tagged as new visitors to the site. While we have noted ranking fluctuations for our focus keywords ‘landscaping canberra’ and ‘landscape design canberra’ as well as a decrease in the number of keywords joining the top 3 positions of first page search results this month, we’re optimistic that our stats will take a positive turn with steady SEO boosting through December as well as a re-focus in strategy. Worth noting for this month’s campaign is the ranking of keyword ‘garden design canberra’, which retained its 3rd position of first page results. In the coming month, once the new website goes live we will work on solidifying the foundation and optimising the new website with a strong focus on Canberra keywords as these will yield the benefit for the Gardengigs in terms of website traffic.
