The month of February has seen an improved month overall. We have seen a significant increase in the overall website traffic with a huge portion of this new traffic coming from the organic (SEO) search results. From 81 organic website visits tracked through January to 103 tracked through February, this is a fantastic number. As we continue to work towards improved SEO rankings we should also expect the traffic from organic searches to increase each month. While SEO rankings have seen a slower month overall, we have seen a small win for the keyword ‘landscaping canberra’ which has moved 1 position closer to the first page of results. Through March, our focus will be on this keyword in particular as we use our on page optimisations in order to see a larger jump towards the first page of results.

The month of January has been a positive start to the year for the SEO campaign. While we have seen a very slight dip in the overall website traffic, seeing the average session duration increase significantly by 96% was very impressive. The SEO rankings have continued to fluctuate as expected, and we have been able to hold on to our Canberra rankings. The Canberra terms are the most valuable for the campaign as they do show the highest search volume each month. Over the coming month we will be utilising an on-page strategy to ensure we stay up to date with Google’s algorithms while also improving the rankings for the Canberra keywords.
