Results have been fairly steady for the campaign throughout May. User traffic took a small dip, by 9.2%, but the overall trend saw several peaks – three in particular, in which we saw 11 users on the website in a day. Over half of user visits arrived through organic (SEO) channels, and all but one were new to the website. We’ve again sustained the site’s average SEO ranking, with all our keywords still high up on Google’s first page of search results. Google Maps results are similarly stable, with all our keywords ranking in the 1st position. May saw us complete optimisations on the ‘stump grinding hervey bay’ target keyword, which presently ranks 2nd. In June we will focus on the ‘tree lopping hervey bay’ keyword to push it closer to the top 3 spots.
