September was an excellent month for the campaign! Website traffic continues to climb, up 12.8% with several peaks throughout the month. Over half of site traffic comes from organic search users, and they continue spending a notable amount of time on the website. In terms of SEO, the campaign has again sustained its keyword performance and average SEO rank. 2 of these keywords hold the #1 spot, and all of them are in the top 3 spots of Google search results. For Google Maps, all keywords remain ahead of the map pack. September saw us focus on off-page strategies to improve website authority. This October, we will continue these off-page optimisations to maintain keyword rankings and relevance.

  • In September, the SEO campaign focused on off-page optimisation strategies with the goal of improving how Google and users perceive the site’s authority, relevance, and trustworthiness.
  • Through October, and with the on-page strategies making the grade so far, the SEO strategy will continue to focus on off-page optimisation and link building to help maintain the site’s keyword ranking and relevance.

    The campaign performed much better in August in terms of website traffic, while Google Maps and SEO performance has again remained steady. Website traffic is back up by 14.7%, and while the overall trend was up-and-down, it peaked several times. Almost half of the site’s users arrived through organic (SEO) channels, and they spent more time on the site compared to last month. SEO performance remains unchanged, with a high average SEO rank and all our keywords on Google’s first page of search results. The keywords also remain ahead of the map pack on Google Maps! In August, we focused on the ‘arborist hervey bay’ keyword to improve its organic search rankings. This September, we will switch to off-page strategies to improve the way Google and customers perceive the website’s authority and relevance.
