Hobart Buyers Agents – April 2022 Monthly Report

April brings more favourable results for the SEO campaign! User visits went up by a fantastic 106.9%; the most notable peak was on 14 April, with 60 users total arriving on the site. We saw a significant number arriving through organic (SEO) channels – 130 total, with 121 new. Average session duration did decrease, but remains well over a minute. Organic search and Google Maps listings have been very stable. The ‘buyers agent Hobart’ target keyword is performing well, ranking 2nd in both Google search results and Google Maps. In April, we created optimised content for GMB for more service and location relevance. This May we will continue our optimisations for the ‘buyers agent Hobart’ keyword to maintain its ranking or bring it to the #1 spot.

    February again brings mixed results for the SEO campaign, still with some positives. Site traffic again decreased, although the overall trend ended on a high note. We did see fewer people arriving through organic (SEO) channels, but they still make up a majority of user visits. More favourably, the site’s average SEO ranking went up by 11.1%, and our keywords remain on Google’s first page of search results. January saw us focus our optimisations on the ‘buyers agent Hobart’ target keyword, which now ranks 6th. In February, we will focus on the ‘buyers agent Hobart’ target keyword, to boost it to the #1 spot.
