Hobart Buyers Agents – November 2021 Monthly Report

November saw a slight decline in results for the SEO campaign. Site traffic dipped marginally by 1.5%, but the overall trend saw several peaks and ended on an upward note. A significant number of users arrived through organic (SEO) channels – almost double from last month, and most of them new. Less favourable, the site’s average SEO rank fell, although it still remains high, ranking at 3.5. Our keywords remain on the first page of Google’s search results as well. In November, we optimised content for the GMB listing for more location relevance on Google. The listing focused on the ‘buyers agent Tasmania’ target keyword. December will see us focus our off-page strategy on the ‘buyers agent Hobart’ target keyword so that it reaches the #1 rank.

  • November produced generally stable results for both organic search and Google Maps listing.
  • 1 keyword ranking in top 3 (first page) results
  • 1 keyword ranking in top 4-10 (first page) results
  • Keyword ‘buyers agent Hobart’ ranking in 2nd position (first page) in organic Google results
  • Keyword ‘buyers agent Hobart’ ranking in 2nd position (in map pack) in Google Maps results
  • Keyword ‘buyers agent Tasmania’ ranking in 5th position (first page) of organic results

  • Through December, we will focus our off-page strategy on the keyword ‘buyers agent Hobart’ to boost it into the #1 position in both organic and Google Maps search results.
