June has produced a successful month of numbers for SEO, with a few hurdles. With the rankings are performing very well, we did actually see a drop in the overall website traffic this month, with a large dip occurring in the middle of the month (this can be seen in the left-hand side graph in the ‘Website Stats’ tab). We will be keeping our eye on this for the coming month, however we are confident it will pick back up as the SEO rankings continue to improve. A big win for this month has been securing 25 terms on the first page of Google’s results, with 12 of those appearing in the top 3 results on that first page! Over the month of July, we will continue with some similar off page techniques in order to see some further improvements in these rankings next month.
SEO Analysis
The SEO results for the month of June have been fantastic! We have seen some very nice steady movements along with a larger jump towards a better rankings which is great. The term that made a leap this month was ‘local vet reservoir’ which jumped 79 positions towards a better ranking. The steadier movements include the terms ‘local vet niddrie’, ‘mobile vet niddrie’ and ‘local vet essendon’ which have moved 4, 3 and 2 positions respectively to now be sitting on the first page of Google’s results. Over the coming month we will continue with a few off page techniques in order to see more of these steady boosts occurring throughout July.
